 Ghost town of Pripyat in Ukraine :

In the genre completely baddant I've found THE place you will need to visit this summer to party and do lots of fun events: Prypiat. You'll understand if you want to turn the next SAW is there that it happens. 

In short, Pripyat is a small town located 2 km from the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. It is no longer inhabited since 1986, ie since the explosion of reactor 4 of the nuclear power plant. 30 hours after the disaster, the authorities evacuated the city, providing Civil back in 3 days, and ordering therefore not take anything to speed up the evacuation process.

Note: A mission of Call Of Duty game takes place in Pripyat, a decade after the disaster. Several real buildings in the city (Pool, Big Wheel, Estate, Hotel ...) are shown with great realism.
